ceramics team building workshop

With a background in Work and Organizational Psychology, I facilitate workshops that are not only enjoyable but also incorporate meaningful team activities depending on your team's needs. Before each workshop, I always have a preparation call to understand what you want/need to achieve. I then design the workshop specifically for your team.

Some possible formats are:

1. Team-Building for Better Collaboration

A workshop with interactive group tasks designed for your team will enhance team coherence, build trust among the members, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. Your team will work together, get to know each other on a deeper level, and leave more aligned and connected.

2. Company Values in Action

This reflective and practical workshop increases awareness of your organization’s core values. Through a combination of group collaboration and individual exercises, team members explore what the values mean to them and how to embody them in their daily work.

3. Clay & Wine: Creative Recharge

An informal, creative session ideal for unwinding and bonding in a relaxed atmosphere. This is a no-pressure environment - focused on fun and hands-on clay work that helps your team reconnect outside the usual office setting.

Pricing is discussed individually, depending on the size of the group and the format. Please get in touch for a custom quote.

CVD logo

The CVD Policy Advisors team's goal was to improve collaboration between members. I prepared a group task - creating a piece for the office, leaving the specific design for the team to decide. They agreed on a snack plate for the office common area. Each member made a bowl that was then attached to a communal plate.

Another task was to make a piece for another team member. For this, everyone pulled a name from a bowl, consulted with that person to find out what they needed, and made it for them. The pieces varied from vases to soap dishes to incense holders.

During the workshop, the team members worked together and reached out to each other for help, practicing the skills that are transferable to their office workflow. I guided them with technical support and directed them towards more teamwork.

It was a success!

The Shell Low Carbon Fuels (LFC) team operates in a high-pressure environment, so their primary goal was to decompress and have some quiet time. I proposed a session that went beyond temporary relaxation, focusing on creating a physical anchor for their well-being.

We began with a guided meditation to help the team identify a personal symbol of peace and relaxation. This led into the main task: crafting a desktop token - a reminder to breathe and stay grounded during stressful workdays.

The result was a series of unique, handcrafted pieces and a team that felt truly recharged.
